CIfA2021 will encompass 24 virtual sessions across 3 days exploring topics such as: public benefit, social media and content creation, new approaches to training and skills development, planning, as well as featuring a session on buildings archaeology: Stuck between a rock and a hard place: defining the role of buildings archaeologist. What is the role of the buildings archaeologist and how this this sub topic better integrated into the wider archaeological profession to encourage greater collaboration? Find out more about how we can promote buildings archaeology to the wider conservation industry and others involved in planning for and discovering places.

In moving to an online format for the CIfA 2021 conference, our hope is that our digital programme will improve the accessibility of the conference for all, whilst shielding participants; particularly those who may be at risk or vulnerable, from COVID-19.
