Energy performance – Achieving an EPC B rating and the implications for traditional buildings.

Following the government consultation on ratcheting EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) targets for non-domestic buildings, Historic England commissioned feasibility studies on two of their own Grade 2 listed offices buildings to assess what impact this would have on historic buildings and the limitations of the EPC asset rating therein.
