HTVF – Finding New Uses for Heritage Assets

15 September 2022 - 12:00 - 14:00

As communities and developers are increasingly recognising the value of heritage assets, this webinar looks at case studies of how to bring a new lease of life to their futures.

Whether these are large estates, notable civic and community buildings, or redundant but once functional buildings and sites of local importance, there are a variety of ways to secure their futures. This includes funding for projects, building a strong and visionary team, and drawing new audiences in to both appreciate their heritage, but also derive benefits from their re-use.

For local planning authority officers and councillors, local communities and individuals, developers, and conservation and design professionals alike.

Speakers for Thursday 15th September 2022:

  • Welcome & Introduction, Louise Thomas, HTVF Director
  • A New Life for Bootham Park Hospital, York, Rebecca Burrows, Head of Heritage (Townscape), Lanpro
  • Securing the Future of Heritage Assets, Benjamin French
  • Other speakers TBC.

Each HTVF webinar counts as 2 hours of CPD, and certificates are available on request.
