25 March 2022 - 12:30 - 13:45

Free

The Department for Communities (DfC), Historic Environment Division is hosting a series of lunchtime talks focussing on how owners and custodians interact with and sustain their heritage buildings. The talks are aimed at those who live in, use and take care of listed buildings either directly or indirectly; but everyone with an interest is welcome.

Week 3: Ulster Architectural Heritage

Our third talk will be by Ulster Architectural Heritage (UAH) who promote the historic built environment through a wide range of projects, one of the current initiatives being their ‘Hands on Heritage’ programme. UAH also work in partnership with HED to deliver the Heritage at Risk project. This talk will look at both projects and discuss how the projects aim to transform the way UAH works to support people and communities to engage with the historic environment in NI.
