Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the Natural Stone Show remains the only UK exhibition and conference dedicated to natural stone. Thousands of architects, designers, developers, stonemasons, wholesalers and retailers will flock to London’s ExCeL this April to see exhibitors from across the globe and enjoy 3 days of seminars; each seeking inspiration and advice for their next stone project.
If your marketplace is stone slabs, tiling or block paving; CNC machinery; diamond tooling; the latest fixing systems; sealants, adhesives, cleaning materials or another related product or service, then the Natural Stone Show is for you.
Heritage science is a cross-disciplinary field connecting science and the humanities. There is an on-going dialogue over global issues, which define the research and technological applications of heritage scientists. The conference aims to provide a platform for scientists, researchers, engineers, professionals, practitioners, entrepreneurs, and policy-makers, to engage and discuss emerging trends in the field.
The conference will offer opportunities to showcase research through podium and poster sessions. Further details of the programme will emerge closer to the conference.
The second London Branch Event will be a joint IHBC/CIfA seminar on the afternoon of Tuesday 28 February at The Gallery, Cowcross Street, Farringdon, EC1M 6EL.
Full details of topics/speakers to be confirmed but Sandy Kidd, Principal Archeaology Adviser at GLAAS will be speaking about Archaeological Priority Areas and presentations on Local Listing and Enforcing Conservation Areas requirements may also be included.
