Traditional Building Healthcheck Scheme

The Traditional Buildings Health Check (TBHC) was set up following a 2012 scoping study undertaken by Stirling City Heritage Trust for Historic Scotland (now Historic Environment Scotland). The Traditional Buildings Health Check is based on the European Monumentenwacht model which has operated for decades in the Netherlands and Flanders and made a significant impact on the condition of the historic built environment.
