We are very much looking forward to re-connecting at our Lincoln Peripatetic meeting and CPD event. This will be our first in person event since 2019 and will be an opportunity to meet new faces and share best practice looking at two of the regions most exciting heritage projects; Lincoln Cathedral Fabric Repairs and Conservation of Lincoln Medieval Bishops Palace. There will be an opportunity to see the recently opened Lincoln Cathedral Connected project, a £12.4M project for a new visitor centre, a larger café and shop, new toilets and a changing places facility, and an interpretation centre to display some of the Cathedral’s treasures. The welcome, meeting, presentations and lunch will be held in the Dunlop Room of the Old Deanery Visitor Centre at Lincoln Cathedral. These are newly refurbished rooms which are now linked to the cathedral by the new extension.
