Dr Dan Tingley of Wood Research and Development Inc, will talk about Hangar B of the Tillmook Air Museum in Oregon. Built in 1942, the Tillamook Hangar is one of the largest standing timber buildings in the world, and Dan will discuss its construction history and methods, and the non-destructive investigation techniques his company recently used to survey the hangar.
