Short description: Reception in Aberdeen Advocates Hall Library on Friday 12 May with invitations also to RTPI and Aberdeen Society of Architects. Short presentations and a networking opportunity for people professionally involved in the historic built environment. Wine. Stencils by Daniel Cottier. Next day a tour by minibus to Craigievar Castle, (NTS) currently scaffolded to allow a close look at the harl, and to Finzean sawmills, capitalising on arrangements made for two #IHBC25 Annual School tours from Aberdeen that were scaled back and merged due to CoVid in 2022.

 Bookings to IHBC Scotland scotland@ihbc.org.uk at £20 each day, You can attend either or both days. Please specify any dietary requirements and whether you are a member of either organisation. Not everybody need scale ladders- please let us know if you would rather not do that.
