In this presentation, Nic Boyes, SPAB Scotland Committee member and accredited conservator, will examine an extensive range of decay phenomena affecting building stones and historic masonry structures of Scotland; addressing common issues and more specialist problems. This presentation will also offer a menu of treatments, solutions and problem-solving illustrated by case studies.
