Building restoration and development can be undertaken in a manner that enables swifts to continue to nest safely. This protected and endangered species depend upon built environments for nest sites. It is illegal to disturb them or damage, obstruct or destroy their nest sites. This event offers an opportunity for all those involved in building design, restoration and development to share ideas and learn from others involved in projects which have successfully cared for these amazing migrants. more…
