This year’s annual school will provide a unique insight into the local
management of a World Heritage Site (WHS) in the South-East.

With a focus on the legislative and policy background including bidding for funding for heritage projects.

As part of the Day School IHBC members will be able to develop their legislation, policy, management, finance and economics skills to understand more about opportunities to preserve and enhance the historic built environment through the lens of the management of a WHS.

The day will comprise a series of talks in the morning followed by the SE Branch AGM and a buffet lunch. In the afternoon there will be an optional walk around the WHS, including a visit to the Poor Priests Hospital* – see over for full programme.

Cost (including lunch): £35 IHBC members, £40 non-members.
Bookings can be made via TicketSource

* Delegates are advised that the venue is 20 mins walk from the WHS so comfortable footwear is recommended.
